Oven Broiled Scallops

Ingredients: • 4 Half Shell Scallops • 1 tablespoon Melted Butter • 1 clove Garlic • 2 pcs Cream Crackers • Pink Salt Black Pepper to taste • Shredded Mozzarella • Spring Onion for garnish • 1. Clean and remove side muscles of the scallops then lay on baking pan. • 2. Preheat oven to 200°C; using top heat if there's a choice. • 3. Grate garlic into melted butter. • 4. Add pinch of salt crushed crackers (substitute: Breadcrumbs/Panko). • 5. Mix mixture into a paste then spoon onto each of the scallops. • 6. Put some shredded mozzarella on each scallops. • 7. Into the oven and broil scallops for 10 mins or till cheese are starting to brown. • 8. When it's done, remove and season with freshly cracked pepper and chopped spring onion.
