Join me on a 21-day journey of well-being and focus as we share in the power of Meditation Self-Healing creating Ceremonial healing spaces. Collectively we will focus our energy, go within, practice self-love, self-care, raise our vibration, and with intent bring healing and balance to our mental, emotional and physical well-being, and most importantly strengthen our immune system. • Use this guided meditation and group healing session every day for 21 days and if you so choose you may add to this experience by creating ceremonial grids. • For those of you that are not Reiki people, you may use any other form of healing and for all others that have no experience in this, self-healing is not at all complicated. We are all energy beings and we all have energy that flows within and around us. All you need is to be open with your intention to sending love and healing vibes to ourselves, the people that we care about, and even extend this healing to the rest of the world, as there is no other emotion that is more powerful than love and registers high on the scale of consciousness. One does not need to be physically present to be able to send healing - distance or remote healing's use energy that can take place across any distance that is sent to a recipient since energy can be sent via thought, emotion, and intention. ... Stretching beyond the limits of time and space, distance healing sends energy healing to reach you no matter where you are. Our thoughts are so powerful, and strong, that it’s often enough just to think of someone to send a stream of energy. • Here’s how you can feel and connect to energy: • Step 1: • Set your intention to send healing. • Step 2: • Place your hands together and vigorously rub them together to the count of 20 …sound familiar? 😁 • Step 3: • Separate your hands, extend them about 10cm apart and stay in a space of expectation to sense the energy. If you feel nothing, this is absolutely fine. Some may feel nothing, others a simple tingle, and for others temperature changes. • Step 4: • As you keep focusing and connecting to this subtle energy sensation, you then bring this energy to any part of your body that needs your help and healing. For example if you want to do healing to assist yourself or another for calming of emotions you can direct your hands towards your head or heart area. Working over the heart center will increase immunity through a gland in the area called the Thymus, however having said this, energy knows where it needs to go to, so feel free to position your hands wherever comfortable.
