7 TECHNIQUES TO OVERCOME SOCIAL ANXIETY • After treating over a thousand clients with anxiety disorders, I have learned what works best. I have developed a system for helping all kinds of people recover from mild to severe anxiety. I call it the C.A.L.M. Method. It is a combination of techniques from several therapies including Somatic therapies, ACT, Mindfulness, CBT and DBT therapies, along with a few of my own techniques.
