A pair of Red-Shouldered Hawks mating in a Palmetto Tree and a lot of very loud territorial calling. Filmed in the vast St. John's River Marsh where trees are scarce. I was extremely fortunate to start filming the male who was calling as he approached the tree and mating began immediately.
