With it I can eat more raw veggies without feeling they are stuck in my stomach for hours. There is still more room for improvements but I hope w/ continuous use it will get even better. The only side effect I have noticed is that if I take it together w/ digestive enzymes it causes mild bloating gas. But if I do not take them at the same time everything is fine.
