For some unknown reason I thought it would be a good idea to do a Virtual Everest on Zwift. I chose to do the Everest up the 'Alpe Du Zwift' meaning I would have to do 8.5 reps to see me to the 8848m of elevation required. • Enjoy the sufferfest and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE. • I also post on Instagram   / dylcycles
