You all know I love Vietnamese food so it was only a matter of time before I decided to make Banh Cuon at home! This dish was a little bit difficult to make and I was so nervous I was going to fail and we would have to order pizza (hahaha) but it turned out really well! I used the recipe from Helen's recipe (below) and I was happy with the results.
