These Crispy Potato rings will be everyone's favourite, specially kids. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #RamazanRecipes • Written Recipe:https://bit.ly/3uNGSLa • Potato Crispy Rings • Recipe in English: • Ingredients: • -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled cubes ½ kg • -Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ½ Cup • -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp • -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted crushed 1 tsp • -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste • -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp • -Chaat masala ½ tsp • -Cornflour 3 tbs • -Adrak paste (Ginger paste) ½ tbs • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful • -Cooking oil for frying • Directions: • -In a bowl,add potatoes mash well with the help of the masher. • -Add rice flour,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli crushed,chaat masala,cornflour, ginger paste mix well. • -Add fresh coriander,mix well let it rest for 15 minutes. • -Grease hands with cooking oil,take a large quantity of mixture make a ball. • -Place on clean working surface (greased with cooking oil) roll into cylindrical shape with the help of palm and cut into slices then cut into rings using cookie cutter. • -In a frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry potato rings on medium flame until golden. • -Serve with sauce or tomato ketchup. • Recipe in Urdu: • Ajza: • -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled cubes ½ kg • -Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ½ Cup • -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp • -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted crushed 1 tsp • -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste • -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp • -Chaat masala ½ tsp • -Cornflour 3 tbs • -Adrak paste (Ginger paste) ½ tbs • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful • -Cooking oil for frying • Directions: • -Bowl mein aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein. • -Chawal ka atta,kali mirch powder,zeera,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala,cronflour aur adrak paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. • -Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya rest dein. • -Haathon ko oil sa grease karein,mixture ki large quantity lein aur ball bana lein. • -Working surface per rakh dein (greased with cooking oil) palm ki madad sa cylindrical shape bana lein,slices mein cut karein phir cookie cutter ki madad sa rings bana lein. • -Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur potato rings ko darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein. • -Sauce or tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
