Inspired by the original Swiss Cheese Fondue, this recipe is refined by grilling various ingredients on the TomYang BBQ. As a result you get crispy bacon, juicy pineapple and sweet grapes in combination with spicy and liquid cheese! • Ingredients: • • 250 g Greyerzer/ Le Gruyère • • 250 g Emmentaler • • 200 g Gouda • • 150 ml white wine • • 1 tbsp corn starch • • 4 cl cherry brandy • • 1 small piece of butter • • 1 small onion, finely minced • • Pepper • For the grill: • • Bread • • Pineapple • • Boiled potatoes • • Bacon • • Grapes • Preparation: • • 1. Melt the butter in a small pot and sweat the onion until softened. • 2. Add white wine and heat it up. • 3. Stir in the cheese and the corn starch while the white wine is simmering on low heat. • 4. Add pepper and cherry brandy to taste. • 5. Cut the bread, pineapple, boiled potatoes and bacon into bite-sized pieces. • 6. Pour the cheese sauce into the TomYang Hot Pot-ring and set the temperature to setting number 1–2. • 7. Now the bread can be roasted on the grill top, along with the other items. • 8.
