The iPad pro smart keyboard is great until it stops working or intermittently connects, giving “accessory not supported” messages. In this video I show what’s is causing this and how to fix it. Conductive tracks inside the cover become high resistance, leading to corrupted data and that pop up message, or they break completely stopping it working. This text is now being typed on my iPad Pro keyboard proving that it is possible to fix it! It is a great keyboard when it is working. So much better than those really cheap Bluetooth ones on eBay. • It is a half hour video showing why and where it has failed, a temporary fix, a better fix for the tracks in the cover, fixing the connection pins and fixing breaks between the 3 pins and the tracks. It doesn't take too long to do but needs a bit of perseverance, a soldering iron, a knife and some copper tape. See buying links below for these.
