In this video, we will discuss the first example of a MOSFET differential amplifier using two n-channel MOSFETs. In this example, the differential amplifier is biased using an ideal current source which serves as the tail current source connected to the two sources of the differential pair. • Given the circuit component values, we will calculate the balanced differential-mode voltage gain and balanced common-mode voltage gain.
