VW T5 Camper Conversion Project Part 3 How To Remove Bulkhead

In this short video I show how I remove the bulkhead from a VW T5 Transporter van I am converting from a mechanics van to a campervan. It is easy to remove the bulkhead from these vans with them just being bolted screwed in where-as a previous VW T4 I converted had it's bulkhead spot welded so that needed grinding off. The bulkhead removal can be completed in less than 20 minutes with minimal tools and it transforms the interior of the van from dark to light bright. Removing the bulkhead also allows me to fit a swivel to the passenger seat so the chair can swing around to face the rear of the van. The VW T5 bulkhead comes apart in 2 sections making the whole removal process even easier.
