Our BAKED CRAB DIP DIABLO is so tasty; it’ll be gone in no time! We’re calling for a sharp Red Leicester cheese but feel free to substitute for cheddar if you’d like. We also suggest serving it with your favourite crackers or sliced French baguette but you’ll also find dipping tortilla chips fabulous too! • Here's what you’ll need to make it: • 8 ounces of cream cheese • 16 ounces (one container) of crabmeat • ¼ cup of marinated artichokes, chopped • ¼ cup of celery, chopped • ¼ cup of red pepper, chopped • 1 scallion, chopped • 2 heaping T mayonnaise • 2 heaping T sour cream • 1 heaping T Dijon mustard • juice of half a lemon • a generous sprinkling of Tabasco • 1 C Red Leicester cheese • Here’s how to make it: • 1) Preheat oven to 350°F. • 2) Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and stir together. Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish.
