Download Install SCP Toolkit from the link provided. • 2. Plug in controller and bluetooth dongle. • 3. Run the driver installer. Check bluetooth driver and dualshock 3 driver. • 4. Select bluetooth dongle and device. • 5. Click install. • 6. The controller should now work over USB. • 7.
