We have used white chocolate as our topping but we also usually use dark or milk chocolate to dip them into (they all taste great) • marcato biscuit press • https://www.everten.com.au/marcato-de... • https://www.amazon.com.au/Marcato-Bis... • • Petite four Ingredients • Biscuit: • 500 grams self raising flour • 315grams room temp unsalted butter • 2 large room temp eggs • 65 grams (1/2 cup) PURE icing sugar (confectionary sugar). • 1tsp vanilla sugar • Topping/filling: • Raspberry jam/strawberry jam • White (milk or dark) chocolate MELTS • options for topping: • 100s and 1000s, roasted crushed peanuts, ground pistachio, desiccated coconut.
