I can only use my starter in battle. Other Pokémon can be obtained for HMs ONLY. If an HM user is Roared or Whirlwinded into battle, I can either have them faint, or I have to switch out. • 2. No items in battle. • 3. No major glitches or exploits (I don't know of any in X and Y so....). • 4. No Double Team TM until level 100. Pokémon that learn the move naturally get an exception (new as of 6/18/23). • 5.
