TO CLARIFY: yes, doing BOTH a lip flip and gummy smile will cost you more than 1 syringe of filler over the course of a year. HOWEVER, most people who get a lip flip will usually not need botox for a gummy smile because they might not have one! So if you want to save your coin and keep it natural, a lip flip every 2 months will still cost you less than 1 syringe of filler.
