They heat up just enough to release a delicious liquor without over cooking to that rubbery texture that is all to common with steamed or grilled oysters. • Oysters are placed directly on an electric stove burner with a slab of butter. They are best removed just after they start to bubble and after cooling for a couple minute they are perfect!
