Hex Impact Driver to see what model was faster. Since the Dewalt is new, we did more drilling and testing with it to give users an idea of what to expect. Overall, Milwaukee won, but not by a huge margin. It was interesting to see them both do well and both struggle in different areas of the wood. • There is no doubt that the new DEWALT ATOMIC 20V MAX Impact Driver is smaller and lighter. Even with the Milwaukee FUEL being faster, both tools would be solid for use in a professional environment where speed and reliability matters.
