Deleted scene of Harry and Rubeus Hagrid on the underground in London. The pair are sitting on the Central Line, talking about what Harry needs from his first trip to Diagon Alley. Commuters on the train are visibly started by Hagrid's huge appearance. It would have been a good way to install some more humor into the movie, with the majority of gags more for young viewers rather than adults. Furthermore, it would have shown just how muggles react when they come across somebody who is different to them.
