Hakata Nagahama Ramen Tanaka Shoten (博多長浜らーめん田中商店), or just Tanaka Shoten, is considered by many to have the best tonkotsu ramen of Tokyo, specifically the best Hakata style tonkotsu ramen of Tokyo. • That was true for me as well, at least it was when I last visited this shop back in 2019. Since then, a few years have passed and the taste of the tonkotsu at Tanaka Shoten slowly faded in my memory. Was it really that good?
