So why is that? • At Europe’s southern tip lies Spain, and directly across Africa, we have Morocco. The stretch of water separating them is the Strait of Gibraltar, linking the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea. So If a bridge were to be built here, it could massively boost trade between the two continents. • But why hasn’t it been built?
