There • are different types of intraocular lenses for presbyopia: EDOF and multifocals • which in turn can prioritize medium or near distance vision. Now we have the • combination of all this in a single lens. • To achieve this goal, I choose the combination of lenses ARTIS SYMBIOSE MID • (medium) and PLUS (near) intraocular lenses. This pioneering technology • represents extraordinary innovation and modern, both in its design and in its • ability to solve the problem of presbyopia. • This novel technique is characterized by two intraocular lenses of hybrid • multifocal/EDOF designs, capable of providing a continuity between • intermediate and close distances, which provides increased and unique • binocular complementarity.
