After 10 minutes, Let's mash them. Now add Batair (Quail) and • all spices. Then add cinamon sticks. Add 1 glass of water, Cover and cook until batair (Quail) will tender. Then add Yogurt and cook it until oil seperates. Add 1/2 glass of water to make gravy.Add Green cardamom (Sabz Elaichi) and cover it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame, Dish out and MAKE YOUR TUMMY HAPPY...!!!
