Pocherong Manok Recipe - Happy Kusinera Version • In today’s video, ipapakita ko po sa inyo ang aking Pocherong Manok Recipe – Happy Kusinera Version. • When I was a kid, wala akong kilalang mga putahe na me mga kulay. Growing up in a very poor family, madalas na gulay at tuyo lang ang laman ng aming hapag-kainan. Nakakakita lamang ako ng mga de-kulay na ulam at karne sa mga pyestahan o kaya ay kasalan. Isa itong pochero sa mga unang nakilala ko. I like the banana saba that comes with this recipe. • Chicken Pochero Ingredients and Procedure • ½ kg chicken (any parts you preferred) • 1 medium size potato, cut into cubes • 2 pcs ripe banana saba, sliced • 1 bunch pechay • 100g green beans (bitswelas) • 1 cup garbanzos (chick peas) • 100g tomato sauce • 1 chicken cubes (I used maggi brand) • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 medium size onion, sliced • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 cup water • Salt pepper • Fish Sauce (patis) optional • • Cooking Procedure: • 1. Fry the banana first, just enough to soften it. Set aside. • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic onion until soft and translucent. • 3. Add the chicken. Saute until light brown and add also the chicken cube to stick it’s flavor into the chicken. Then pour 1 cup of water followed by 100g tomato sauce. Cover and let this simmer for 5 minutes. • 4. Add the potatoes. Wait until it is slightly tender, then add the green beans. (at the time the green beans are cooked, the potatoes will be completely cook too) • 5. Pour in the garbanzos fried banana.Season with salt pepper. Taste and adjust with fish sauce if necessary. • 6. Lastly, put the pechay. Cook it uncover to maintain the green color of the leaves. • 7. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy with rice. • • I hope you will try this version ng aking pocherong manok. • • ******************* • If you like this video, please hit that thumbs up and let me know your comments on this recipe. • ******************* • Visit Happy Kusinera homepage for more easy and simple recipes, mga lutong bahay para sa ating mga Pinoy. •    / @jas_eat   • Please don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE here:    / @jas_eat   • • ******************* • Thank you for watching see you next time.
