Indra objects diti’s presence there as this yagya is for gods only. Diti reverts saying it’s her father’s yagya and she has all the rights to be present. In kelash Sati tells shiv that she ought to go to his father's Yagya or else all her connections with her father will end. She tells him that she can take her insuperable but not her spouse and not welcoming you to this Yagya is an offend to you.Shiv tries to stop sati from going for daksh but sati gets adamant saying that daksh is her father and she will handle the situation on her own. Sati says not to worry and shiv again says that if anybody tries to harm her mentally or physically then he will also come there and then he won’t be responsible for the end results happening there. Sati gives her swear to him saying that he won’t stop her from going not will he join her till the time she herself calls her. We see Sati entering the Daksh court. We see Sati and Daksh face off. Sati is hurt because of her father’s allegation about shiv. Daksh keeps on insulting shiv to greater degrees and at a point vishnu interrupts saying he can’t be a part of such a ceremony where such deeds are happening and the person he respects the most is insulted.
