Saluda Cymbals sound comparison

This video is a professional cymbal sound comparison between Zildjian A custom 14 hats, 20 ride, 8 splash, Paiste 18 signature fast crash, 16 signature full crash, and Wuhan 12 inch china versus Saluda custom made 13 hats, 20 ride, 10 splash, 16 18 Crashes, and 16 china (all from the Earthworks series). Because Saluda makes cymbals specially for each consumer, no set will sound the same. These cymbals represent my tastes and expectations. The other set however are made in bulk and sold without your discretion. That is to say, you get whatever they feel like giving you. Although I strongly favor Saluda's cymbals over other brands, I advise you to do your research and find the right company for you. The overhead mics used to capture the sounds are the Shure SM81's.
