The lens has a versatile coverage from wide 12mm to 45mm at tele end with constant F4 aperture throughout the zoom range. Being a PRO grade lens, the 12-45mm is weather-sealed is is well constructed using metal body. The optical quality is superb, the 12-45mm produces incredibly sharp images wide open, from corner to corner with excellent amount of contrast. The technical lens flaws are also well controlled.
