We bought a new Westinghouse Dual Fuel portable generator and didn't get it to feed power into the house via the NEMA L14-30R outlet because I started it in 120v mode. • The solution is to set the voltage switch to 240v because only in this position is the outlet energized. When the voltage switch is set to 120v, only the two other outlets are energized with 120v each: • 1. The RV compatible outlet (TT-30R) provides max. 3600 Watt at 30 Ampere • 2. The two household outlets (5-20R) provide max 2400 Watt at 20 Ampere • For whatever reason, this critical piece of information for the average consumer is not provided in the instruction manual as of January 2021, i.e. in a legible form besides the wiring diagram: https://westinghouseoutdoorpower.com/...
