In the 34th year of the reign of King Charles II of England, year 1682 the Government in London is busily processing undentured servants in Old Bailey, the Hall of Justice, to be sent to the AMerican colonies for a fixed number of years, usually 7. They are vaga-bonds and undersirable of all types.
