Here’s the best way to setup up an unloader for a pressure washer in my opinion. We believe in the end, the quality outweighs the shallow savings. • We use 316 stainless hardware and aircraft grade aluminum. • We use dual control pumps instead of the typical pumps. • We use true chemical resistent hose reels that are full frame aluminum with stainless manifolds and swivels. • Highest quality plumbing. We will see high quality names like Banjo, Kuri Tec, Dixon, and Tiger Flex on our builds. There are knockoffs and cheaper options but long term those options will cost you down the road. • Our wiring and electrical is excessive. This is one area where it doesn't pay to cut corners and skimp. This is a common fail point for many budget priced or home built equipment. We use heavy duty USA marine grade chemical resistent wiring. The wiring is UL compliant and does not contain fillers that is commonly found in cheap auto store or box store over the shelf wiring. We use pure copper strand wiring. All connections are pure tinned copper to reduce corosion and conduct current better. We also use authenic heavy jacket 3M sealing heat shrink tubing that keeps all connections sealed and free of chemicals.
