The Nindigully Pub is Queensland’s oldest Pub established back in 1864. Located about 500 kms South-West of Brisbane you won’t be disappointed with a visit. Mick and I drop in and stayed overnight on our way back from the Simpson Desert. We were lucky enough to sit down with owner Steve “Burnsie” and chat about the history of the pub and hear a few old stories and tales. They offer charming rooms within the Hotel or otherwise swing your van in as adjacent to the Pub is the Free Camping right on the Moonie River.
