Parts and tools needed for a bearing and mechanical seal replacement • How to disassemble pump motor - search -Viron eVo Pumps - Fully Servicing the Motor • or use link - • Viron eVo Pumps - Fully Servicing the... • Parts Manuel will give you part numbers / items • http://spareparts.astralpool.com/en/k... • Parts needed; • Item 18 - DRAIN CAP SET - (the rusted screws) • Item 19 - Brearings x 2 - PN 6203 • Item 11 - Mechanical Seal • I managed to get all these from B L PUMPS • Special tooling; • 1 extra long 4mm allen key to remove control box from motor (5 • Bearing puller if you want - I used a hammer gently and turning shaft as I tapped bearings off • 8mm socket for motor bolts • I used a oil filter remover to remove the impeller • Inox / WD40 to loosen screws/bolts • Wire brush to clean up flaked paint and rust • Hammerite paint to repaint the motor - I ended up using anti-seize as will protect just as well
