This case study features the experiences and outcomes of those awards being used to develop and accredit young people at Alva Academy. Alva Academy work in partnership with Ochil Youths Community Improvement (OYCI) youth group. • Youth Scotland awards use a youth work approach and follow a plan - do - review method where young people plan their own challenge and activities.
