This is from our attempt at the Kings Canyon High Basin Route in the High Sierras of California. Unfortunately our trip did not end as planned, but the journey still created many lasting memories. We started at Roads End Trail Head and worked our way up to an off trail segment heading up to the Tablelands, Pterodactyl Pass, Horn Col and Copper Mine passes. . This was intended to be a modified version of the Andrew Skurka route. I ended the video on day 5 of our 6 day trip as the last day was a repeat of day 1, but hiking out.
