Turning GARDEN Fresh Tomatoes into PIZZA Sauce

Rachel is really busy with her day job today, so Todd will try to translate her recipe book here for you guys 🙄 This is the base from her book, I'm pretty sure she doubled it in the video: • 15# Tomatoes • 6 tbsp Olive Oil • 3 C chopped onions • 4 gloves garlic minced • 2 tsp black pepper • 2 tsp brown sugar • 4 tbsp parsley • 2 tbsp oregano • 2 tbsp basil • 2 tsp rosemary • 2 tsp sea salt • Lemon Juice per pint jar for water bath canning. • 3 cans tomato paste, as needed to thicken • (Todd's Taste Test - we added a lot of garlic powder, like 1/4 of a cup, and an additional 1/3 of a cup of white sugar.
