Porto producer strikes again on his own Music Addiction Disorder with 4 slamming House tracks. • Artist biography: Rompante is a DJ and producer from Porto, with a strong passion for electronic dance music its history, specially music originated from Detroit, Chicago, Berlin and London. Pedro or Rompante has a long history with electronic music in general, but only began to sign productions under this last name in 2010. • Two years later his first vinyl release came out on “is it balearic?..” records. It’s a nu-disco approach featuring Katso on vocals, and with remixes of an old school master – Charles Webster, and the duo Aihki. The remix of the track “Treat” by Charles Webster is still shaking, and Permanent Vacation included it on their “Permanent Vacation 3“ compilation in 2014. • His next release, a few months later, came out on a split vinyl on German label Liebe * Detail, and became one of the most charted vinyl of that season. “Save Me From This Chaos” was a kick off for Rompante and from that moment on several releases came out on the label, turning him in one of the most active members of the label, alongside Kink, Matthias Meyer, Patlac and others. • In 2017 he launched his own label M.A.D. where he has the freedom to release his own productions. • Rompante has played at mythical clubs like Golden Pudel club in Hamburg, Watergate in Berlin, Lux club Lisbon, and Industria B in Porto.
