I bought both from Costco so I am going to do a electric Shaver Comparison! Norelco 4600 Series vs Norelco Speed XL! • My Norelco Speed XL from 6+ years ago versus my new Norelco 4600 series. The new 4600 series has one ring of blades versus the triple blades from the LX. • Norelco 4600 (bought 2016): Pros: great runtime from lithium batteries, good cut for hair longer than 5 millimeters. Cons: With less blades it may take a couple of more passes to get shorter denser hair follicles. • Norelco Speed XL(bought 2010): Pros: Nimh Batteries still hold charge after 5 years! 3 bladed heads shave short stubble and follicles under 2 millimeters in length faster in one pass. Has charge level led lights! Cons: it doesnt cut 5+mm hair as well as the 4600. • Bonus: cheap $1 for 6 razor blades verus $20 razer blade.... the 20 dollar start ultra sharp but lasts about 1 month before it gets dull. The $1 for 6 shaver starts sharp and stays sharp for about 3 months or more with decreased but still usable sharpness. • Thanks for watching!
