My Mum and Ballycran

The film tells the story of Ballycran school in the Ards Peninsula and how it is related to my mum and all her family. Built in 1874 it's the school my mum and all her 16 brothers sisters went to and also myself and my 6 siblings. There is also a bit of family history in the film along with the telling of my very first memory which involves the school. Beside the school is Saint Joseph's Church Cemetery. My mum attended Mass many times at this Church, she witnessed the weddings of her family members there, attended the funeral of her parents, friends and other members of her family. and is now laid to rest there herself.
