Dell XPS One 2710 Right Speaker Blown

This is how I received my new Dell XPS 2710 out of the box last week. • The Right internal speaker appears to be blown. When the volume goes above 20, a loud crackle is heard in the Right channel (Left speaker is fine). • There was no external visible damage seen on the bottom of the monitor where the internal speakers are located. • Otherwise I am VERY pleased with this system, and after contacting Dell, they have a technician scheduled to come to my home and swap the speaker out. • (This Video made for demo purposes to send to Tech Support) • 11/8/12 Update: PROBLEM SOLVED! • • Dell XPS One 2710 Right Speaker Rattl...
