In today’s video, I’ll be starting a new series looking at the brand new 4x Strategy game, with a bit of a civilization vibe, out by Matrix Games and Slitherine which takes place in the Ancient Mediterranean and tasks you with building a mighty empire. In the first video of this series we attempt to get things going as the Republic of Rome. This is a first impressions video, so the intent is to play the game as if I had never played before (which I hadn’t other than the tutorial) to give you a good sense of how easy this game is to pick up and play, as a result the game is a bit raw.
