How to Activate or Deactivate Debug Mode on an iPhone

When troubleshooting, you may be asked to activate debug mode to give the YouMail support team additional data logs. Learn how to activate or deactivate debug mode! • 1. Open up “Settings” and scroll down to YouMail • 2. Tap YouMail, then scroll down to see “Debug” • 3. Scroll down and tap on the “Block this Caller” button • 6. Open up your YouMail app • 7. Go to your Messages • 8. Tap the number you wish to block • 9. Tap on the “Settings” button in the top right corner • 10. Tap “Ditch” • • You have successfully blocked a caller with YouMail’s enhanced Smart Blocking. Your iPhone's built-in software just prevents the call from ringing if the caller is blocked.
