Unable to Open Disk Management? Getting the errors Unable to Connect to virtual Disk Service and Disk Management Could not start Virtual Disk Service (VDS) on ...? You can fix this problem quite easily in Windows 10 and Windows 11. Right click on Taskbar I Task Manager I Services I Open Services (Bottom). You have to make some changes here • 1- Disable these services • a: Remote Access Auto Connection Manager • b: Remote Access Connection Manager • 2- Set this service to Manual or Automatic and Start the service • a: Virtual Disk • for Windows 11: Just search Services in Windows Search bar and open the Services.
