Hopia is a popular Filipino filled pastry. Great for snacks! This version uses the Mung Bean filling, but you can use any filling you like. It's really a simple recipe.. Give it a try !!! • Oops !!! we put the wrong image at the 5.04 minutes mark... It is a pic of Pan de Coco, not Hopia.. Check it out...... • Ingredients: • Filling: • 1 pk 340 grams Split Mung Bean • 1 cup White Sugar (You can put less if you want) • 1/2 stick of Butter • 1 can Condensed Milk • 1 tsp Vanilla • Dough 2 • 1 cup All Purpose Flour • 1/2 cup Canola Oil • Dough 1 • 2 cups All Purpose Flour • 2 tbs Sugar • 1 tsp Salt • 1/2 cup Canola Oil • 1/2 cup Water • Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 min. or until golden brown • Tip: You can use a butter knife to spread the dough 2 on to dough 1.
