2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer AWD Activ Start Up Test Drive Walkaround POV and Review

👋 In todays review we take a look at a new trim level for the 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer AWD! The activ model is designed for more rugged driving, meaning going off the pavement! Part of this trim level is skid plates, an offroad tuned suspension and the beefier all terrain tires! There is no height added, however, with around 8'' of ground clearance, that's pretty impressive for this smaller size SUV! The 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer has a great exterior design and especially finished off in this two tone orange and white, it's a bold vehicle! The black chrome adds a great touch, but there is some plastic on the exterior! That's to be expected for a vehicle designed to go off the pavement compared to being body colored! • The interior is nice with the leather seats and the trim accents on the front door panels! I do wish the rear door panels had some trim as well to tie it in nicer! But overall it's a great interior with the technology that you would want! After having this 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer Activ for a week, it's really a nice smaller size SUV! The one drawback I did find and not just with my opinion, but from others, is that the seats get uncomfortable very quick! Not sure why that is, but with several adjustments, they just couldn't get comfortable for the front seat passengers. With that being said, I did have four people in this car, and it was very adequate even for full size adults in the back. So it does offer a good amount of space, but it'd be nicer if the seats were slightly more comfortable. The technology is great with the adaptive cruise and wireless charging. It would be nice to see built in navigation, but you can pair your phone as well, I prefer the build in. • It drove very nice and tracked straight, smooth as well. I don't really have any complaints with driving it, and the gas mileage was impressive for this smaller engine and I averaged around 31mpg over around 400 miles. I have seen some V6 models do that as well, so hard to truly say how impressive it is.
