At 5'6~145lbs, the small didn't fit well as the waist area was super tight. Went with a medium and it fit just right. The sleeve lengths were long on both the small and medium. • I would look at the sizing chart and if you happen to be on the upper end of a specific size, to go one size up. Also, it was the waist area that made the small tough to get on and off so if you are taller with a thinner waist and chest, the smaller size might be just right. • It didnt ride up for me personally. And after this first 7.5 mile run in ~45F weather, it was fantastic and I didn't overheat and it didnt feel restricting even though I prefer less on my skin when it comes to activity.
