His name may not attract much attention today. But back in the day, John Jones Serwanga, was thepress secretary of Ssekabaka Edward Muteesa II. Today, the 94-year-old narrates what transpired when government soldiers sent by then premier Milton Obote, attacked the Kabaka’s palace in 1966.
