DampD Potions with a twist the Vial of Refilling dnd

A simple magical item for your D D game. I'd probably just use a D4 and assign a rarity to each number from Uncommon (1) to Legendary (4) then roll at a short rest to see if the potion re-forms. Once you have a failed roll, the item must wait to be filled with a new potion of some sort.
