In this video I show you how you can easily make your own sustainable shower gel or shower cream with just 4 ingredients. • There are so many ingredients in conventional shower gels (including preservatives, alcohol, perfume) that a shower gel does not even need to clean and smell good. • My basic recipe lasts about 2 weeks because it contains no preservatives. It is therefore advisable to only produce small quantities at the beginning. Of course, if you know how much shower gel your household needs, you can multiply the recipe individually. • The basic recipe can easily be changed according to personal needs. You can make it with your favorite tea, honey, essential oils or fresh herbs from the garden. • For example, if you shower more in the morning, you can use a fresh essential oil like peppermint or orange.
