(and its simply learning how to do a vortex for the first time - but that happiness is completely overwhelming). for me, it came down to watching videos i felt inspired by and I'd say, i want to be able to have her flow and her grace and those moves... then a year later i feel like i've met that goal when i expected it to take me five years! and this happens over and over... we're constantly going to be in a state of evolution as long as we keep up our practice, which is the most important thing. • • so while this isn't a 100% how- to tutorial on finding flow... i hope it can help you to realize you're own path with hooping, or help you to notice the evolution of your flow. or maybe it actually does help you find your flow, i don't know. but, what i can say is, keep hooping, keep practicing, keep experimenting, and keep learning. because keeping up a very personal and experimental practice is the one thing you can do that will undoubtedly help improve your flow for as long as you keep it up. • In this video I'm using a 3/4 HDPE hoop that is about 32 in diameter.
